It is starting to finally feel like spring – no more snow (at least I HOPE not), temperatures slowly starting to creep up, birds chirping…these are all good signs in my book! While Florida may not have the extreme seasons like my Upstate NY home does, they still find ways to celebrate the season of regrowth – and one way is with Disney’s annual International Flower and Garden Festival, where each spring starting in March and running through May, guest can view amazing topiaries, gardening displays, and attend gardening seminars (hosted by your favorite HGTV stars!), plus much more!
Check out what is in store at this year’s festival:
Mickey and Minnie greet the crowds as they enter Epcot
A gorgeous topiary of Disney’s most popular “Frozen” sisters
Everyone’s favorite Monsters head to college in this awesome display
Oh, and aside from the amazing gardening displays, they also have tons of “Outdoor kitchens” – basically food kiosks that are serving up some awesomely fresh and delicious eats – like these drool-worthy desserts (have to give props to the always amazing Disney Tourist Blog for these beautiful photos!)
Overall, if you’re a lover of flowers, gardening, and all things Spring – then you will love the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, as they have something for everyone and it’s a great way to spend a day!
TGIF – and HAPPY SPRING!
