T.G.I.F. Pic of the week: suite rooms

I always convince myself that when staying at Walt Disney World, it doesn’t matter what hotel room you stay in, because you only use it for sleep and don’t spend much time in it otherwise…BUT there are some hotels on property with rooms that will make you want to spend all day in them….

This room at the Grand Floridian, one of WDW’s deluxe hotels, is beautiful by itself…but its really the view from the balcony that seals the deal on this one

This is one of the new “Health and Wellness Suites” that Disney is currently creating at the Contemporary Resort…they will feature “eco-friendly decor”, in suite cardio equipment, and amazing views from the 14th floor.

And for a suite whose mantra should be “Go big or go home”, there is the Cinderella’s Castle Suite. What could be more magical than spending the night in a castle and waking up IN the Magic Kingdom? Unfortunately, it’s not available for reservations….occasionally Disney gives away a night’s stay as part of a contest/sweekstakes, but I know I’m not holding my breath on this one. Still, it’s nice to dream…
