T.G.I.F. Pic of the week – Honoring a true artist

If you have been on Google today, you will have seen the animated logo they have, in honor of what would have been Mary Blair’s 100th birthday.

Mary was an artist who did a lot of animation for The Walt Disney Company, she did concept art for Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and Peter Pan. She also did artwork for the “Its a Small World” attraction at Disneyland, and at Disney World a huge mosaic in the Contemporary Resort is compliments of Mary’s hard work and imagination.

Today we should honor her and all she has done to help shape Disney as we know it today.

Happy 100th Mary, and TGIF!!
